Shipping Methods

Our standard shipping method is UPS with optional Next Day and 2nd Day shipping (extra fees apply). Items will ship within 2-3 business days and fees are based on order weight. When your order ships, you will be notified of an order tracking number by email. Currently, we ship only to the U.S. and its territories.

 Item Availability

If an item ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available.

 Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Texas, as we are headquartered in Austin, Texas. The law further requires tax to be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling.

Orders shipped to any other U.S. destination will not be subject to sales tax. If you have any questions regarding sales tax, please contact us.

 Returns/Exchanges

We will be glad to make an exchange or give you a refund for any items with which you are not completely satisfied or were damaged in transit.

All items must be returned to Texan The City within 14 days of ship date (as indicated by tracking number), unused and in original packaging. Return shipping must be prepaid and is not refundable (unless transit damage occurred). You will be refunded upon our receipt of the item(s).

 Privacy Policy

When you purchase from us, your personal information will not be re-sold and is kept in the strictest confidence. Our online shopping system uses PayPal's secure servers to process orders. PayPal has a very established policy of security which reads as follows:
